2. Services Provided

GPS Agency provides white-hat link building services including but not limited to:

• Guest posting on third-party websites
• Niche edits and link insertions into existing content
• Crypto and finance guest posting
• Press release writing and distribution
• Local citation building and NAP cleanup
• Blogger outreach

All services are delivered on a best-effort basis. GPS Agency does not guarantee specific ranking positions, organic traffic increases, or Google algorithm outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside of GPS Agency's control.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Placement: Orders may be placed via our website contact form, email, or WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a written order confirmation from GPS Agency.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted at the time of order confirmation are binding for that order.

3.3 Payment Terms: Full payment is required before work commences on any order unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, credit/debit card (where available), and cryptocurrency (where agreed in writing).

3.4 Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other taxes in your jurisdiction. GPS Agency does not collect or remit taxes outside of the United States unless required by law.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times are:

• Guest Posting: 7–21 business days per placement (depending on publisher availability)
• Niche Edits: 5–14 business days per link
• Press Release Distribution: 3–7 business days
• Local Citation Building: 14–30 business days per campaign

Delays caused by client-side factors (late approval, missing content, slow communication) are not the responsibility of GPS Agency and do not trigger refund rights.

5. Refund and Revision Policy

5.1 Refunds: GPS Agency offers refunds or credit under the following circumstances:

• If GPS Agency is unable to complete a placement within 60 days of order payment, you are entitled to a full refund for that placement.
• If a published link is removed within 12 months of placement (through no fault of your own), GPS Agency will replace the link free of charge or issue a credit.
• Refunds are not available for work already completed and delivered, including published guest posts and inserted niche edit links.

5.2 Revisions: Content revisions are available prior to publication. Once an article is published on a third-party site, GPS Agency cannot guarantee post-publication edits as these are at the publisher's discretion.

5.3 Refund Exclusions: No refunds are available for: changes in your SEO strategy, Google algorithm updates, dissatisfaction with ranking results, or cancellation after work has commenced.

6. Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you warrant that:

• You have the right to promote the website(s) for which links are ordered
• The content and URLs submitted for promotion do not infringe on any intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or promote illegal activities
• You will provide accurate information, target URLs, anchor text preferences, and any other details needed to fulfill your order in a timely manner
• You understand that guest posting is an SEO technique and results are not guaranteed

GPS Agency reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion, including orders for content related to illegal activities, adult content (unless separately agreed), gambling (unless separately agreed), or other content that violates our publisher standards.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Content Ownership: All content created by GPS Agency for guest posts (articles, titles, meta descriptions) is written specifically for each order. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to the published content. GPS Agency retains the right to use anonymized summaries of work completed for portfolio and marketing purposes.

7.2 Website Content: All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GPS Agency and protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• GPS Agency's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• GPS Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of rankings, or business interruption.
• GPS Agency makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the impact of our services on your search engine rankings or website traffic.

9. Third-Party Websites

Guest posts and niche edits are placed on third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by GPS Agency. While we vet all publishers in our network, GPS Agency is not responsible for:

• Changes made by publishers to their content or link policies after placement
• Algorithm updates by Google or other search engines that affect the value of links
• Website shutdowns or domain changes by third-party publishers

In the event a publisher removes a link within 12 months of placement without cause attributable to the client, GPS Agency will replace the link or issue equivalent credit.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Austin, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to These Terms

GPS Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
